🌎I’m enjoying Mercury Rx in Sagittarius PLUS my Jupiter return, on holiday in New York! 🌎🇺🇸🗽
🌎I’ve been enjoying great company and delicious food; New York is a celebration of the many nationalities that migrated here, bringing a little bit of their cultural heritage with them.
🌎Yesterday I visited Ground Zero. In some of the name plaques around the pools there were red and white roses 🌹 to signify that persons birthday.
🌎It brought the magnitude of the experience to life, and humanised every name carved around the memorial. I was moved to tears; even writing this now is bringing it back to me.
🌎The enormity of 9/11 is overwhelming. The needless loss of so many lives: the flight staff and passengers, the employees of WTC 1 & 2, plus the emergency services, and bystanders. It is still too devastating to comprehend.
🌎I then went to the One Word Observatory. The incredible views, being so close to the heavens, looking back to 9/11, and thinking about all the people affected by the events of that day; I experienced looking backwards, and forwards at the same time.
🌎Despite the sadness and magnitude of the experience, it was a meaningful and uplifting experience which gave me hope in the strength and resolve of the human spirit.
🌎Being here in New York is one huge history lesson, which I’m experiencing through duality – the knowledge and pain of the past, paired with the evidence of the transformative power born from the ashes of devastation.
💙It’s overwhelming, emotional, and so fitting for Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius ♐️🙏🏻
