The Modes: Cardinal Signs

The Cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn

Dividing the horoscope wheel by four and connecting the points where the circle is intersected gives an regular quadrilateral (and equilateral square). Signs of the same mode (also known as quality or quadruplicity) sit at the points of the square at 90° (three signs) apart. The Cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.
